1. Digital Product Policy

All courses, training materials, and strategy content sold on CashYourTravel are digital products delivered instantly or within a short time after purchase. As such, once a course is accessed or downloaded, all sales are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.

2. No Cancellation After Purchase

Due to the nature of our digital offerings, we do not accept cancellations once payment has been successfully processed and access has been granted to the course or any part of it.

3. Refund Eligibility (Limited)

Refunds are only considered under the following exceptional conditions:

• Duplicate payment due to technical error.

• Non-delivery of the course (i.e., access not granted within 48 hours after confirmed payment).

• Wrong course delivered due to system error (must be reported within 24 hours of access).

To request a refund under these conditions, you must email admin@cashyourtravel.com within 3 calendar days of your purchase,

with:

• Full name and email used for purchase

• Transaction ID or payment screenshot

• Description of the issue

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet our eligibility criteria or appear to be fraudulent.

4. No Refunds For:

• Change of mind

• Lack of trading success or dissatisfaction with results

• Incorrect email or personal data entry at checkout

• Failure to read course description or platform requirements

5. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method. Depending on your bank or provider, it may take additional time for the funds to reflect.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first to resolve the issue may result in:

• Immediate suspension of your course access

• A permanent ban from all future courses

• Legal action in cases of fraud
